ECO4
The Energy Company Obligation scheme funds insulation, heating, and renewable measures for low-income households. Running until March 2026.
Great British Insulation Scheme
Provides free or subsidised insulation to homes rated EPC D-G, regardless of income in many cases. Focuses on single measures that deliver quick results.
Boiler Upgrade Scheme
Offers grants of up to £7,500 to replace fossil fuel heating with air source heat pumps or other low-carbon alternatives. Available across England and Wales.
HUG2
Home Upgrade Grant Phase 2 helps off-gas-grid households with EPC D-G ratings access free insulation, heating upgrades, and renewable energy installations.
